Harborview Coffee Roasters Opens Flagship Cafe in Downtown Richmond

Richmond, Virginia — September 17, 2026 — Harborview Coffee Roasters today announced the opening of its flagship cafe in downtown Richmond, marking the roaster's first permanent location after three years of supplying local restaurants and markets.

The new cafe pairs small-batch, locally roasted beans with an all-day kitchen focused on regional ingredients. Founders say the riverfront space was chosen for its ties to the city's working history.

Built on the local supply chain

Every bean is roasted in-house, and the menu leans on Virginia and Carolina producers wherever possible. The company plans to add a second location in Norfolk in early 2027.

The cafe is open daily, with a grand-opening week of community events planned.
